Every entry opens — the numbers behind the line

01Experience

AI Solutions Engineer Sanity Solutions

MAY 2026 — PRESENT

Denver, CO

  • Cut 30 hours of monthly commission accounting to two by rebuilding the filing against live payout data feeds
  • Architected 12 internal tools in Python and FastAPI, now past 1,900 runs, each wrapping a Claude agent loop
  • Integrated Salesforce into the platform, turning raw CRM exports into ranked growth targets for seven staff

Behind the line

The twelve tools cover accounting, filing, earnings, admin, a Salesforce chat interface, and research assignment. 17 accounts provisioned, 16 signed in — 11 people have run it ten or more times and 9 were active in the last 30 days.

Of 1,940 total runs, about 744 are mine. The other ~1,200 belong to everyone else, which is the number that actually says whether the thing works.

Built with Claude Code. What stays mine is the system design, the data model, and where a model is allowed to influence a financial decision — a boundary enforced by an eval harness rather than by good intentions.

Founding Cohort, Spikeball U Pilot Program Spikeball Inc.

JUN 2026 — PRESENT

Denver, CO · Nashville, TN

  • Cold-pitched Spikeball's CEO and head of community, winning one of two national slots in the launch cohort
  • Piloted the brand's casual layer, repositioning community from a competition-only base toward campus play
  • Standardized brand templates and a club setup kit, then tracked attendance to adjust format and lift turnout

Behind the line

There was no application. I wrote to the CEO and the head of community directly with a plan for what a Vanderbilt chapter would look like, and the head of community has been the ongoing contact since.

Vanderbilt is the pilot campus — the first one — and the program expands from there.

Founder & CEO Callume

JUN 2026 — PRESENT

Nashville, TN

  • Engineered a color analysis service end to end, shipping the vision pipeline, storefront, and payments alone
  • Drove 41,100 unpaid Pinterest impressions in 30 days, diagnosed 29 clicks, and rebuilt the page to convert
  • Prospected 60 fashion writers on a self-built CRM, converting 6.7% to replies against a 1–3% industry norm

Behind the line

Color analysis is the thing where someone tells you you're a “winter” and should wear silver, not gold. A consultant charges around $300 for it. Callume measures it from your photos — the vision pipeline, the storefront, and payments are all mine.

Pinterest went zero to 41,100 impressions and 26,200 viewers in 30 days, at 5.3% engagement with 518 saves. Twenty-nine of those became site visits. That gap is the whole problem, and it's why the landing page got torn down and rebuilt.

Outreach runs on a CRM I wrote: 60 writers, 6.7% replies against a 1–3% cold benchmark, and one signed partnership test. No revenue yet — distribution is the open problem, and it's harder than the building was.

Founder & CEO Simple Woodworks

MAR 2024 — AUG 2026

Denver, CO

  • Sold 30+ handmade herb garden planters at $180 each, running design, build, pricing, and fulfillment alone
  • Acquired every customer through Nextdoor, Facebook, and referrals across three summers with zero ad spend
  • Held unit cost near $30 by renegotiating supplier sourcing and reworking the build, sustaining 83% margins

Behind the line

Three summers of it. Every single customer came from Nextdoor, Facebook, or a referral — no paid advertising, ever.

Materials stayed near $30 a unit through better sourcing and process changes. That's gross margin: my own labor isn't in the $30, and anyone who asks about the number deserves to hear that before they ask.

Host, Front of House Homegrown Tap & Dough

JUN 2026 — AUG 2026

Washington Park · Denver, CO

  • Staffed the host stand through dinner service: seating, takeout, and floor flow
  • Rotated across bus/reset, close, and float shifts, turning tables on the restaurant's heaviest nights

Behind the line

A Gastamo Group restaurant in Washington Park. Shifts rotated by label — greet/seat/takeout, bus/reset, close, float/sidework — so the job was whatever the floor needed that night, posted a week at a time.

It ran concurrently with the Sanity build and Callume's launch: days at the desk, nights and weekends on the floor. Nothing on this page happened in a cleared calendar.

02Leadership

VP of Professional Development DECA, Regis Jesuit Chapter

NOV 2024 — MAY 2026

Denver, CO

  • Doubled state-qualifying members in a 140-person chapter, rebuilding prep into recurring practice sessions
  • Won first of 120 entries at Colorado State in Innovation Plan with NOVA, a sleep memory wearable I built
  • Modeled NOVA software-first, tiering packages by the benefit each buyer wanted at 80% recurring margins
  • Rehearsed the pitch with five industry experts, including a Managing Partner at FFL Partners in Denver, CO

NOVA, in full

NOVA runs on targeted memory reactivation — five haptic motors and bone-conduction audio, with heart-rate, temperature, and movement sensors fused into an on-device model (NOVAFlow) that predicts sleep-stage transitions and fires cues at the right moment.

The business case: $349 of hardware plus $8/month, at 51% and 80% gross margin, asking $2.33M for 18%. That figure was the ask in the pitch — not money raised.

Chassis & Build Lead; Outreach Lead FIRST Robotics

OCT 2022 — MAY 2026

Regis Jesuit · Denver, CO

  • Led a 20-person build team inside a 50+ member program, placing top three statewide and top 100 nationally
  • Sourced $6,500+ from corporate sponsors as outreach lead, funding four consecutive full competition seasons
  • Machined and assembled the chassis, ball and frisbee launchers, and other modules from CAD to competition
  • Mentored underclassmen across subteams, running weekly design reviews against a six-week build timeline

Behind the line

Two jobs at once: run the build team, and go get the money that lets it exist. The $6,500+ in corporate sponsorship funded four consecutive competition seasons and the mentorship program underneath them.

The build side is the shop side — chassis, ball and frisbee launchers, and the rest, taken from CAD through machining and assembly to the field, on a six-week build clock that never moves.

Volunteer Counselor Adam's Camp — Adventure Camp

MAY 2024 — AUG 2025

Snow Mountain Ranch · Granby, CO

  • Lived on-site for five-night sleep-away sessions, paired one-to-one with a camper for the full week
  • Guided campers with intellectual and developmental disabilities through rafting, zip-lining, and archery
  • Coached independence and daily-living skills on the 18-and-over teams

What Adventure Camp actually is

Adam's Camp is a Colorado non-profit; Adventure Camp is its sleep-away program for campers with mild to moderate intellectual and developmental disabilities. Sessions run five nights, Sunday to Friday, at the YMCA of the Rockies' Snow Mountain Ranch in Granby, six times a summer. Ages nine and up, with no upper limit — campers split into four teams, two under 18 and two for adults.

Days are archery, canoeing, rafting, zip-lining, hiking, tubing, and a talent show, spilling out into Grand Lake and Winter Park; the YMCA of the Rockies and the National Sports Center for the Disabled supply the venue and the adaptive programming.

A counselor's job is narrower than that list: make five days of it possible for one person, the same person, all week.

What the AI line means in practice

On the wording

The word carrying the weight up there is production, not the tooling. The Sanity platform runs against live payout data, so anything a model touches sits behind an eval harness that decides what it is allowed to influence.

Most of the actual skill is drawing that boundary — deciding which calls stay with a person — which is a different thing from having used the tools a lot.
